ABOUT IADC

Founded in 1964, the mission of the Idaho Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) is to promote the highest professional and ethical standards for the state's civil defense and business attorneys and to serve members through education, recognition, collegiality, and professional development.

MESSAGE FROM FORMER PRESIDENT

IADC is the premier association of Idaho attorneys whose practice is primarily in civil defense, business and commercial law. Our skilled trial attorneys and general counsel defend and represent their clients in many diverse areas of practice, including malpractice, insurance defense, employment, products liability, commercial and business, workers compensation, construction, motor vehicle and premises liability.

As the leading commercial and defense association in the state of Idaho, IADC members serve in nearly every capacity of the law, from participating on boards and committees effecting the Idaho State Judiciary, Federal Judiciary, and Idaho Code, to being elected to state and regional offices of DRI, bar associations, and many other important positions. Many of our past members now serve throughout the state of Idaho as both state and federal judges.

IADC is committed to promoting and enhancing the skills, effectiveness, and professionalism of defense and business attorneys and to improving the civil justice system.
